Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and telehealth services of Grant Total Body Health & Wellness Center (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Cash-Pay Services

We are a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance for our services, and no insurance is required to receive care. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Any pricing displayed on this site is subject to change and may vary based on your individualized treatment plan.

3. Telehealth Services

Telehealth consultations are conducted through our approved platforms. You are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring a private and stable connection, and following the clinical guidance of your provider. Telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions; your provider will determine suitability.

4. No Medical Advice

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or before starting any new treatment, including hormone therapy, peptides, or weight-loss programs.

5. No Provider-Patient Relationship

A provider-patient relationship is established only after a consultation has been completed and your provider has agreed to assume your care. Submitting a contact form or scheduling request does not by itself create this relationship.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, except for school physicals where a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on behalf of a minor. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Grant Total Body Health & Wellness Center and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Your use of telehealth services is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
